Marketing Consultant
We are a Hong Kong based financial institution with regional exposure in Europe and Asia Pacific. To implement our foreign exchange, bullion and derivatives trading business in New Zealand, we require an energetic and committed marketing consultant to join our marketing team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of Hong Kong’s leading financial services organizations focusing on New Zealand’s local area marketing initiatives.
Key Accountabilities:
Assisting the Marketing Manager to
⦁ develop and design marketing materials to different media, such as TV, radio, newspaper and the Internet.
⦁ proactively promote our products and services.
⦁ engage in networking and proactive calling.
⦁ provide quality and timely customer service.
⦁ understanding all our products and introduce them to potential clients.
⦁ help clients to open accounts, including working with the Compliance Department and the client to take copies of appropriate customer due diligence and to identify the suitability of our products for potential clients.
⦁ refer suspicious client activity to the Compliance Department.
⦁ develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
⦁ help and handle client related issues, such as deposit, withdrawals, etc.
⦁ handle clients’ enquiries and complaints professionally.
⦁ keep a record of all client communications.
⦁ prepare sales reports, and be able to meet sales targets.
⦁ make suggestions, where appropriate, as to possible improvements to any services or products provided by the company.
⦁ attend compliance training as directed by the Board of Directors from time-to-time and to support the Marketing Manager to bed this into the operations of the Marketing Department.
⦁ report all client complaints to the Compliance Department and work with the Compliance Director to identify the issues and to resolve the complaint in a professional manner.
⦁ stay abreast of changes to HMNZ’s marketing department policies and procedures.
The successful applicant will be a person who possesses the following attributes:
⦁ Tertiary education is required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Mass Media, or other related fields
⦁ Proficiency with MS office
⦁ Interest and/or experience in event management
⦁ Excellent interpersonal skills
⦁ Bilingual ability, speak fluent English and Cantonese/Mandarin

申请人需要有新西兰本地合法工作的签证
申请人需要有金融专业的本科学历，同等情况下有工作经验者优先录取。
熟练掌握MS办公
对于市场开拓有积极的兴趣和/或经验
出色的人际交往能力
双语能力，能说一口流利的英语和中文
