Chinese CustomerService & Sales Rep (12 months fixed term)
We are looking for a fluent speaker of Englishand Mandarin to join us at our Albany office. We want someone whois passionate about helping others and making changes to their everyday lives. Thisrole is for 12 months fixed term to fill a vacancy. Your role will be workingas a Customer Service Representative and Sales Coordinator.

You would beasked to cover for the shifts from Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm or 11am to 8pm withoccasional Saturday shifts from 10am to 3pm. This will be as per rosterprovided to you in advance. You are alsorequired to work some holiday shifts according to a roster as well.
To besuccessful in this role you will need to have
· Excellent verbal and written skills in bothEnglish and Mandarin,
· An attention to details,
· An ability to adapt well to fast-paced CallCentre environment,
· Clear and effective communication skills
· An ability to listen and understand customers’needs,
· Willingness to go extra mile to providesatisfaction for our customers,
· Patience and positive attitude, and
· Willingness to learn new skills and adapt theminto everyday work.
