We are a long established apparel wholesaler in NZ. The primary role of this position is to support the warehouse crew and also to take inbound orders, provide sales support and customer service. Your time will be divided between the warehouse and front office based on work load.
A successful candidate must demonstrate that you have the relevant warehouse and customer service experience and have strong motivation to be part of the team. Some heavy lifting will be required so you need to be fit and healthy. Accuracy and attention to details are the key qualities we require for this position.
Key skills and attributes required for this job:
- Strong work ethics and speak, write English proficiently;
- Great phone manner and customer focused;
- Accurate typing/data entry skills;
- Good knowledge with MS Office and Outlook;
- Can handle pressure and able to work fast paced;
- Physically fit and happy to do whatever work load requires.
- Pick pack orders accurately and within required time;
- Unpacking and process customer returns;
- Support the warehouse team when required;
- Manage incoming calls;
- Process any faxed, emailed or phone orders in a timely manner;
- Provide advice to customers on product info, price, stock and delivery issues;
- Process over the counter sales;
- Confirming and processing invoices on the daily basis;
- Provide support to sales team.
