We are looking for a permanent, full time Accounting Assistant /Customer Support, who can help in our busy freight company, based in Wiri Manukau.
Jobs include :
a) Processing invoices for customersb) Pricing, data entry , checking creditors invoices.
c) Checking, preparing Accounts Payable schedule
d) Answering to customer inquiries, providing proof of deliveries
e) Assist and support Customer Services Team
Requirements :
a) Permanent Resident / NZ Citizenb) Have a relevant accounting qualification
c) Prior accounting experience will be handy
d) Excellent time management and communication skills
e) Good computer skills and be a team player
Hourly rate will be around $19 – 21 per hour, Monday to Friday between 40-45 hours, from 9:00 am to 6:00 p.m.
The position is available from 2nd week of January 2020.
