We are looking for an honest & reliable cleaner to join our team as a Team Leader in the Auckland CBD!
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for:
- The supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and performance.
- Ensuring that a first class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building
- To ensure that sufficient staffing levels are maintained in the area to meet the business needs.
- To inform the Manager of any concerns or issues regarding the welfare, behaviour or performance of staff.
- Reviewing work schedules
- Ensuring that the team provide excellent customer care at all times
Experience in this role would be an advantage but we will provide full training. You will need to have qualities to be able to supervise a team, manage certain areas, answer questions and generally make sure things are running smoothly.
The role will be rostered shifts for up to 40 hours per week, with distinctive morning or night shifts. Hours of work are between 8am - 10pm.
Pay rate will vary between $$$$ per hour depending on experience.
