We are a busy Immigration and education consultancy company located in the heart of Auckland City;
currently we have the following position available:
1. Advisor Assistant
Advisor Assistant Dutie Tasks:
- As a advisor assistant you will be Assist in-house advisor including but not limited to the following:
o cover letter drafting;
o documents collection;
o Follow up applications
o prepare and submit application for our clients;
o Schedule appointments;
o Recording and prepare meeting minutes;
o Communicate with clients. record all business transactions;
o General office admin;
o Printing, copying, scanning and Filing;
o Communicate with Marking department as well as subcontractors.
o Report to advisor on daily activities
Skills required
- Excellent command in English writing skills
- Native speaker of Chinese
- Organised working etiquette and be able to plan ahead
- Great problem solver
- Must be Computer literate (excellent user in Word, Excel, Power point & Outlook etc) and good key board skill
- Excellent communication skill and customer-oriented personality
- Attention to details
- Must be able to work and think independently
- Be punctual and meeting the deadline given
- Be able to run extra miles for the company when required
- Good team player
Previous experiences in relevant area will be an advantage but not necessary, training will be provided.
Applicant must be a New Zealand citizen or Permanent Resident visa or correct work visa.
