We are looking for Sales Associates to join our team in Rotorua.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing a real New Zealand shopping experience to our customers from overseas.
We have Full-Time and Part-Time (Fixed term) roles available. The ideal candidates for these roles will have good communication and customer service skills. The successful applicants will:
1. be responsible for assessing our customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on our products and services;
2. be polite, friendly and have an energetic personality;
3. have the ability to work flexible hours. We are open 7 days a week from 9:30 am to 10:00 pm;
4. ideally be fluent in one of the following languages: Mandarin, Japanese as you will be working with tourists/customers from overseas.
5. have work experience as a retail sales associate or a similar role. Previous work experience gained in the tourism industry would be advantageous.
