We are looking for a dedicated and competent administrator to take on this permanant role.
Our client based in Auckland is seeking an organised, self motivated person, with the ability to relate well with other people to join our small stone manufature team located in North Shore.
This pivotal role will provide support for the operational administration office,managing stock levels, and consolidating employee attendance, organising job ensure smoothly running, communicate with client, reply email and privde quote.
Ideally you would have at least 1 years experience in an administrative/reception type role, kitchen & benchtop company backgroup will be a bonus.
Have excellent computer skills - Outlook, Excel & Word
Have excellent organisational & communication skills
Have payroll and accounts/invoicing experience
Have the ability to identify and contribute to new ways to improve our services and systems
This is an important role therefore being punctual and reliable is a must!
Fliexible part time Monday to Friday, time frame is negotiable.
