Key Duties:
- Meeting and greeting clients, clearly, understand customers’ first request of their vehicles fault, meanwhile; record and transfer to automotive technicians.
- Managing email orders and orders over the phone and entering orders into the system
- Quoting prices from the price list or obtained from suppliers
- Creating account invoices and processing payments
- Face to face customer service
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with general receptionist duties
- Seeking a reasonable price from suppliers via telephone, Internet and quoting prices to customers from the list for the first time.
- Ordering parts and outsourcing service by available suppliers and resources.
- Keeping the reception area presentable and tidy
- Filing and archiving daily files
What you need:
- · Intermediate/advanced Microsoft office suite skills
- · A high degree of personal energy, initiative, and commitment
- · Ability to work autonomously
- · Full NZ drive license.
- · Be highly presentable and professional
- · Have initiative and be able to pre-plan
- · Have charisma and zest
- · Automotive terminology is necessary for fault description and explanation
- · Previous Auto parts experience will be preferred.
- · To be familiar with the SAM system (software) will be preferred.
The ideal start date is ASAP. Induction training will be provided.
