NZ’S ICONIC BABY FOOD BRAND LOOKING FOR A “HANDS-ON”MARKETING ASSISTANT
YOU WILL:
- Drive brand awareness in export markets (mainly inAsian countries, with a focus of China) using various social media platforms suchas Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, Weibo, XiaoHongShu and via offline marketingcampaigns
o Create relevant and engaging social media contenttailored to the social media platform and target market
o Engage with influencers and prosumers to promote ourbrand
o Assist in executing offline marketing campaign
- Work closely with export manager and distributors indifferent export markets to initiate, plan and execute online and offlinemarketing campaigns to promote sales
- Work closely with brand manager to develop brandcollaterals and marketing materials that are relevant to the export market toconvey a cohesive brand image across all export markets.
- Assist brand manager with local marketing activities
CANDIDATE REUIQREMENTS:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, withresponsibilities including digital marketing, social media and on the groundactivation. A relevant marketing or communications degree is preferred but notcompulsory
- A creative thinker who can initiate new strategiesto increase brand awareness and engagement
- Self-motivated, good at time keeping and can meetdeadlines and time constraints
- Have social media marketing experience in Chinesemarkets
- Have a solid understanding and experience usingWeChat/Weibo/ Xiaohongshu marketing platforms and experience in developingcontent and copywriting for these platforms
- Have previous experience with a food or baby carebrand
- A clear, accurate and effective communicator and areproficient in English and Chinese
- A people person and can develop and maintainrelationships with all stakeholders
- Flexible in working both in a team and autonomously
- Basic knowledge of photoshop and illustrator will beadvantageous
