We specialise in wholesaling and distributing authentic Asian food ingredients for the food service, reseller and manufacturing industries nationwide linking the distribution of 2,000+ products to over 4,000 customers.
At Soung Yueen we understand that the food service and retail industry are constantly changing. Since our establishment back in 1930 we’ve gone through various changes but have always remained loyal to our customers.

Our customer service team is a crucial part of our business to adapt to a competitive food service and retail industry. We are always on the look-out to improve our systems and processes by empowering our people as well building a strong leadership group.
The CUSTOMER SERVICES team is looking for a new individual to undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
They will be responsible for:
- Processing wholesale orders received via phone/email
- online ordering system
- Invoicing completed orders
- Credit notes
- Manages reception area and looks after visitors
Requirements
- Willing to learn
- Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Passion for work
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Keen eye for details

- Reliable Self starter
- Good communication
- Friendly

- Good with computer literacy skills
- Proficient with MS Excel
