Responsibilities Account Manager
l Provide client support to solve clients queries on online and offline payment solutions
l Coordinate with the product team to investigate and resolve the client’s technical issues
l Assist with marketing promotions (including point-of-sale marketing collaterals set up)
l Other things related to customer maintenance
Requirements:
l Fluent in mandarin and English, both verbal and written
l Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
l Skills in Excel. Word

l Managing our merchant portal
l devising and presenting ideas and strategies
l promotional activities
l maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
l organising events and product exhibitions
l updating databases on money more App
l monitoring performance
l managing campaigns on social media.
