Store Manager Assistant Wanted
Happy Variety NZ Limited was established this June at Palmerston North，New Zealand . We are currently looking for a full-time store manager assistant who can make a significant contribution to the business and is motivated by their team’s success and be advancing their career.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Delivery of excellent customer service,
• Managing stock and administration,
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational skills and teamwork,
• Highly passionate about retail-management and a proven record of success in a similar role,
• Able to undertake some heavy lifting,
• Minimum half year experience in business,retail ,marketing or sale promotions,
• Class one full NZ driving licence needed,
• Experience in forklift using (or willing to learn),
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skill is beneficial.
Job Description:
• Customer Service and managing customer relationship,
• Analyzing business developments and develop business strategies,
• Warehouse and stock managing,
• Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards,
• Research competitors marketing activities,
• Balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction,
• Report on buying trends, customer needs and maximizing profitability,
• Reviewing sales report, cost management, budgeting and achieves financial objectives,
• Maintain outstanding store condition and report to the director
Working place
Main St, City Center, Palmertson North.
Opening Hours
Monday to Sunday 10 am – 6 pm（working hour details follow staff time schedule）
We offer a base salary and generous bonus pay structure based on performance.
*OTE is 36K -52K per annum.
