About the business
The company has a vision to become one of the top real estate development companies. It is young so full of energy and ambition. Completed an apartment project a few months ago and a new project is underway, if you are also ambitious and astute you would see it as a second to none learning opportunity to further develop your own abilities.
Your role will involve but not be limited to
- General administration and office management
- Coordinating team meetings and take minutes
- Events coordination and facilities management
- Liaising with internal and external contacts
- Support to the HR team with recruitment
- Filing and collating of internal documents
- Ordering supplies and stationary
About you
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- At least 1 year's experience in administration
- Full drivers license is a must
- Comfortable working to deadlines
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
- Must have NZ residency/citizenship
- Availability to start immediately is desired
