Masada Services, our New Zealand’s arm, also a registered financial service provider, is recruiting for local talents. The ideal candidate is an experienced financial analyst or a business development professional who is self-motivated and has ambition and aspiration to build things from ground-up and welcomes challenges in a day-to-day job. Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Group's management team on Company's business development, business strategy design and implementation. Build, maintain and exercise Company's corporate governance accordingly;
- Communicate and liaise with regulators from New Zealand Financial Market Authority. Translate, convey to and work with regulators, if necessary, on Company's business model and strategy. Keep and build solid relationship with regulators;
- Devise, build and practice Company's AML-CFT program with assistance and guidance from Group's management team and local regulators. Lead the team to maintain the program and keep Company in compliant with industry's regulations and rules;
- Manage and lead a team of professionals in business development, finance and compliance to make sure operations growing organically and running smoothly;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree major in Economics/ Law/ Business or equivalent experience;
- At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in banking, securities, brokerage, asset management, insurance and other financial or investment industries;
- PR/IRRV/CS identity in New Zealand;
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills;
- Working experiences in developing start-up business would be a plus;
- Working experiences in managing New Zealand business(es) would be a plus;
- Speak Chinese
