We are a finance company, currently have a few exciting opportunities for experienced lending officers and manager.
For lending officers will be responsible for:
Credit analysis to minimize risk base on customers’ information and reports
Resolving general customer queries
Monitoring and following up overdue accounts
Resolving/escalating disputes with customers regarding outstanding debt
For lending manager will be responsible for monitoring his/her team’s performance, problem solving and daily operation
The candidates will require:
2-3 years lending experience including loan assessment and approval.
Knowledge of relevant consumer credit legislations
Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing meaningful customer service.
Salary starts from $45000 base on different roles and experiences. We are also open for you to make an offer for your incentives.
