Assistant to office manager required four days (Monday,Tuesday Thursday, Friday) a week for petty cash, accounts payable,banking, ticketing and marketing for busy North Shore furniture store.
An excellent command of English is imperative.
Other duties include following up furniture suppliers, manufacturersand trucking companies with queries pertaining to the day to day running of thebusiness. Calling customers when goods need to be collected, dealing withcustomer issues, dealing with Finance Companies, inwards goods, outward goods,stock control, returns and coding are all part of the job.
