Sales rep and marketing Coordinator- Chinese health stores
We are an established skincare manufacturer and wholesaler for 20 years and seeking a motivated Sales representative and marketing coordinator for Chinese health stores.
This role can be permanent Full time or Part time and has an attractive remuneration package including base salary plus commission with an immediate start. You must be fluent in English and Chinese and have a valid work visa.
You will meet with customers regularly to introduce products, promotions, provide training, merchandising and sales. You will always explore new account opportunities. You will also support marketing by managing WeChat account with regular post creation and communication with followers and translate marketing materials

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trade sales / Account management
· Visit existing customers regularly to provide merchandising, sales and promotions.
· Explore new leads and opportunities
· Handle sales orders and provide professional customer service in a timely manner.
· Log account activities in CRM and report to management with regular meeting and notes.
· Understand and report on all customer feedback including complaints
Trade Marketing / Training
· Develop, maintain, improve and distribute all product training information in Chinese and provide regular training sessions to stores.
· Ensure that all trade marketing tools required including POS, product photography and communication materials are effective and delivered on time.
· Ensure all marketing promotions are communicated on time and follow up with customers demand.
Digital-WeChat
· Oversee WeChat account function of the brand, from strategy through to execution and reporting.
· Create weekly WeCaht post the communicates brand and products within brand guideline.
· .Manage customer community
Translation/Copy writing
· Translate/copy write all marketing and sales materials in Chinese.
· Manage requirements from other departments within the business when required.
· Work with the Graphic Designer to ensure that all assets are kept organised, easily accessible by the team and are distributed carefully to protect the brand.
· Provide input into the design of product, packaging and promotional materials via the design team and Sales & marketing manager.
NPD & Market analysis
· Chinese market research & analysis to identify trends and the most current fashions (cosmetics). This will include trends in packaging, fashion, colours and new product formats.
· Provide regular competitor analysis and reports from the internet, market research, store visits and trade fairs to identify emerging trends / ideas.
· Assessing all current own labels ranges, to identify product gaps.
· Manage, motivate and train Chinese customers.
