Business Development Manager

New United Trading Ltd is a well-established international trade company based in Auckland, has established for 7 years. Our products occupy an important position in the Chinese market in New Zealand. We are looking for a full-time Business development manager, this position is based in Onehunga Auckland. We hope that your participation will bring new strength to the company and grow with us. We have a strong career potential for those who focus on it over time.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Business Development Manager is a pivotal role working with a hard-working team tasked with growing an international trade company. Your role involves supporting company administratively and develop relevant strategic decisions.
Specific responsibilities include: operational excellence, driving quality and systems, health and safety, operations capability and innovation, staff leadership and financial management.
The person we ideally want to join our team（Qualifications and skills）:
l Bachelor or higher qualification
l Proven two years track record in business sales or related position.
l Excellent organizational and management skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
l Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MYOB and statistical analysis software.
l Superior business presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
l Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.
l Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and clients, in a clear and concise manner.
l Proven experience identifying new business growth opportunities, with a strategic sales focus and strong commercial acumen.
l Ability to speak and write Mandarin is essential.
Working hours:
l 8 hours a day from 8:30 am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Flexible working may be possible.
l Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
