Parking Enforcement Services is a division of Wilson Parking New Zealand Limited. We are the largest private parking operator delivering comprehensive car park management services nationwide. You will be joining a dynamic team whilst being offered training and development opportunities to further your career!
The role involves:
Educating the local community on parking regulations in a polite and professional manner
Patrolling assigned areas on foot or by motor vehicle
Issuing parking breach notices
Providing exceptional customer service to the carpark users
Recording and maintaining enforcement records
What we are looking for someone with:
Strong face to face customer service experience
Maturity to remain calm under pressure
Full clean NZ driving licence
Current Certificate of Approval (COA)
Excellent organisation and time management skills to patrol designated areas
Strong observation skills to make sound enforcement decisions, assess safety risk and interpret parking rules
