About the role:
• Assisting International Sales Manager, by coordinating & scheduling the appointments, researching market, prepare Powerpoint presentation etc.
• Assisting with preparation for overseas trade shows and attend these trade shows.
• Generating leads using various marketing mediums.
• Handling all incoming sales enquiries via phone, email & face to face meetings
• CRM Management
• Drafting and submitting daily reports
About YOU:
• Well-developed communication skills and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work autonomously, cope well under pressure, and juggle priorities and deadlines.
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
• Previous experience in e-commerce platform management will be beneficial, ie Little Red Book, TMall, JD.com etc
• Able to work as part of a team and independently
• Hard working all-rounder with a great attitude
• Office administration and process refining skills
• Medium to advanced competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint.
• Organizational, multitasking and time management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong desire to learn new things
• Excellent attention to detail
