Job Description
As the Office and Financial Administrator, you will report to the General Manager based in Manukau, Auckland and work closely with a variety of people and community organisations. This position is highly customer service focused so you will need to have strong communication and enjoy face to face contact.
Some of the requirements for this role :
- Handle petty cash and staff expense reimbursement
- Handle all Visa card transactions
- year-end accounting and financial reporting
- Accounts payable processing and reconciliations
- Accounts Receivable and credit control
- Invoice summary and making account payments
- Special assignment, such as cash flow forecasting& budgeting
- Reconciliation of bank and credit card statements
- Book keeping
- Data entry
- Office supply ordering
- Assist manager with paperwork
- Taking care of all inward and outward mails
- Tracking and tracing all orders
- Responding to all customer queries
- Other general office duties if required.
About you
- Fast learner with a can-do-attitude and adapt at multitasking
- At least 1- year accounting experience
- Possess Accounting Bachelor degree and/or a recognised accounting qualification (CA,PA,ACCA)
- Previous knowledge working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Organized and efficient with time management
- High level communication both written and oral, fluent in English is a must, Mandarin would be an addition
