We have an exciting opportunity for Smartphone Service Specialists to join our aftersales team on a casual basis.
We are looking for people who thrive in fast-paced environments, have a passion for customer service, and are eager to help customers with information about our products and services.
You will also be responsible for providing information, assisting customers on our online service platforms.

What you’ll be doing:
Some of the work you'll be involved in includes:

  • Troubleshooting & repairing a wide range of smartphones
           
  • Estimating and quoting non-standard repairs
           
  • Identifying special parts required to complete repairs
           
  • Testing functionality of repaired devices.
           
  • Recording notes on job-sheets regarding repair, including noting parts used and operation of device testing after repair.
           
  • Monitoring & maintaining spare parts inventory.

To be successful in this role:
Previous experience in customer service and after-sales is essential.  
  • Have a positive attitude and a passion for explaining and using technology.
           
  • Have a personal interest in repairing mobile phones
           
  • Be totally reliable & enjoy providing great customer service.
           
  • Have good time-management skills, good manual dexterity, and a steady hand.
           
  • Be well presented and be able to speak clearly conversational English.
           
  • Be a permanent resident or have a valid New Zealand visa with the right to work full-time.
