This is an amazing opportunity to join one of New Zealand's fast growing home building companies. Manen Homes have been building quality homes throughout Auckland while providing excellent customer service.
About the role
The role is based around meeting clients in our showhome which is open 7 days a week, you will be expected to work on a roster. We work with our clients by offering concept designs and then working with the clients to develop the design to suit there site and budget.
We also have access to our own sections to sell land and home packages.
Skills and experience
The successful applicant will:
- Have excellent people skills, and be able to build a genuine rapport with people through honest communication and a commitment to outstanding customer service;
- Be well presented and professional at all times;
- Have knowledge of the building industry, including expose to plans and design process would be a real advantage.
We are flexible for the right person. Weekend work is definitely required. Client consultations will also be required outside normal hours working with potential new home owners.
