Stock Controller - Fixed Term - Auckland
Job Description:
We are a skincare company located in Mt Roskill who is looking for an experienced Stock Controller to assist the CEO set up and manage the inventory system.
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaison with the supply chain for all materials
- Daily update stock control status on excel spreadsheet
- Reconcile stock control to stock on MYOB/Xero
- Assist with changeover from MYOB to Xero for inventory
- Maintain and manage stock levels across all components, raw materials, finished goods and stock replenishment
- Demand planning and scheduling and forecasting
- Advise managment when to order goods
- Email suppliers Purchase Order status reports
- Manage delivery, distribution and allocation of raw material
- Liaison with sales both domestic and export to ensure forward planning and forecasting is correct and orders can be delivered on in full and on time
- Manage the logistics of incoming components/materials and ensure safe to store
- Manage and build strong relationships with suppliers and push for the best deals
- Analysis of current product performance, including raw material and evaluate and communicate with CEO and appropriate team members
