Operation Manager (North Shore, Auckland)
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
2. Familiar working with Enring Marketing Cloud Platform and Wechat official account
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
4. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
5. Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings
6. Ensure the timely and successful to make solutions according to customer needs and objectives
7. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
8. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
9. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
10. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
11. Prepare reports on account status
12. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
13. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
14. Liaise between the customer and internal teams
15. Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
