Dreamworks is looking for an On-Site Junior/Intermediate QS(Quantity Surveyor)
The Role:
Responsibilities for the QS role include but are not limited to the following:
- Reviewing tender drawings and other tender documentation to prepare cost estimates in a method that is both clear and consistent.
- Assisting with the month end invoicing.
- Assisting Site Managers with materials ordering and cost control.
- Assisting the General Manager with cost control.
- Knowledge of preparation of feasibility, budgets, variance analysis, etc.
The Candidate:
- Qualifications in QS is preferred Ideally.
- The ability for time management, together with the capacity to plan and prioritize workload. You will work alongside our Site Managers and report to the Project Manager.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Advance level in MS Office especially Excel and QS software.
