Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
- Organize and schedule the appointments
- Develop and maintain the filing system
- Assist in the preparation of regularly Sale reports
- Assist Purchasing re material orders & Maintain inventory
- Assist Finance in data enter, invoices & Payment
Skills & Experience:
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office, CAD
Sales and Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside marketing manager to create and achieve marketing plans
- Brainstorm and develop idea for creative marketing
- Assist in marketing activities
- Ensure brand coordination and build awareness
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Skills & Experience:
- Ability to generate creative idea
- Well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, Principles, and tactics
- Solid computer skill, including MS office, Adobe Suite
- Knowledge of web development tools
- Well-organized and details oriented
- Exceptional in English Communication and writing skills
Designer
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients to ascertain the detail of their project including functional aspects, visual look, investment & delivery requirements
- Create a plan, according to the Client's requirements
- Preparing design and quote
- On acceptance, complete all details required for joinery manufacture, including but not limited to appliances, sinks, handles, joinery color, bench top details etc
- Liaise with Office manager to ensure our clients receive excellence in both service & the end product.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong & Proven Sales Background
- Excellent Customer Service and experience working with clients
- Experience in Kitchen Design
- Knowledge of drawing software(Pro100, CAD) would be advantageous although training would be provided.
- Ability to work to deadlines, have a strong attention to detail and work well under pressure.
