Reception
We are seeking expressions of interest from candidates who are based in Auckland and are ready to take on challenges.
Roles we regularly work on include:
· Reception Duty
· Administration Assistant
· Personal Assistant
· Executive Assistant
· Customer Service
Candidates must be able to offer the following:
· Eligible to work in New Zealand
· no experience requested, but some of the administration experience in an office environment will take advantage.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organisation skills
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Excellent computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite
· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
· Polished presentation
This role is responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently, by assisting with a range of administration tasks across the business, but primarily the finance and accounts team, along with senior management and operations. you will need to be a motivated and positive person.
