Caravanserai is a legendary name within the hospitality industry with over two decades of service. Within this renowned company our point of difference has always been the team we have working for us.
We are doing Asian fusion and a touch of Turkish style.
We are open from Mon-Sun 12:00-Late
We are looking for TWO CHEF DE PARTIE
to build on our high performing Kitchen team.
To be successful in our CDP job you'll need to come equipped with the following:
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven cookery skills and technique
* Confidence in all kitchen sections
* Ability to work well in a team
* Have an extensive product and food knowledge
* Have Asian fusion or Turkish background, experience would be bonus.
* Able to work in night time and the weekend is a must.
Again we don’t mind and happy to give training to the juionr chef who is willing to learn as well.
