招聘part time Motel 前台经理
工作地点:Newtown,Wellington
工作时间:每周六周日,九点半到五点半。
工作内容:接待顾客,接订房电话,整理日常订单,管理和回复邮件,操作seekom系统,检查客房卫生和部分客房服务,要求英文流利,接打电话和日常沟通无障碍,态度热情阳光,工作严谨,诚实守信。
发展:表现良好未来有机会升职加薪为酒店全职经理。
薪资:培训期间给training工资(2-4周,看上手程度)。能够独立工作以后法定时薪加百分之八holiday pay。
要求:最好有相关工作经验,对口专业management,hospitality,tourism management,
最好会操作seekom,必须有税号和合法签证,

He/She is responsible for the following points:
λ Maintain working relationships and communicates with all staff.
λ Manage motel to make sure efficient profitable operation with professional marketing knowledge.
λ Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated through phone call booking and online profile.
λ Use excellent communication strategies and customer service to handle and record any customer complaints sensitively and diplomatically. Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously with outstanding communication skills.
λ Ensure all maintenance work in Bedrooms, Laundry and Public Areas are rectified prior to releasing rooms back to front desk.
λ Check that staff have accurately filled out timesheets.
λ Enforce all cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies.
λ Operate all aspects of Front Office computer system, including booking.com, software maintenance, report generation and analysis, and simple configuration changes.
λ Regularly inspect guest rooms, public areas, recreational area for cleanliness, appearance and also to make sure these areas are kept as per the hotels standard.
λ Ensure that accommodation is clean, well maintained and attractively presented.
λ Oversee and utilise check lists for regular preventative maintenance, cleaning and upkeep.
λ Oversees the till to ensure motel policy is followed at all times for cash procedures including the maintenance of a zero cash variance.
λ Always adhere to all company policies and procedures.
