NewBridge International Group (NZ) LTD is a professional company specializing in NZ’s visa application services with a professional team of licensed immigration advisers. We currently looking for a business administrator to support our office work.
Responsibility:
- Providing general administrative assistance to the wider team.
- Secretarial support to the Manager
- Administrative duties - Managing, updating and attending to our EZYmigrate system
- General reception duties – answering emails and phones, welcoming clients, assisting customers, scanning etc
- Diary management –maintaining the office supply, organizing the office records and keeping the office rooms tidy.
The role requires:
- Relevant work experiences.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Advance skill in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skill and time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
