About the business
OZAC Architects is a NZIA credit architectural practice based in Newmarket, Aucklandwith 40+ people size.
We have a proven reputation for delivering innovative, progressive design from ateam of international diverse enthusiastic & energetic professionals. Currently, we are involved in exciting projects throughout New Zealand including medium to high end residential, apartments, community projects, along with commercial and industrial projects.
Due to booming business, we are looking for several full-time Architectural Technicians to join in our team.
About the role
· Working with technical team to complete Developed Design and WorkingDrawings / Tender Issue Drawings.

· Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and team membersto ensure the production of high quality projects which are delivered withinbudget and time deadlines.
与客户、咨询顾问、承建商协同合作，高效高质量完成项目；
· Sorting out related project problems with Building Consent Authority.
与Building Consent Authority 解决项目问题；
· Sorting out construction problems on site with Council Inspector/Contractor/Engineer.
与Concil Inspector, 承建商及工程师解决工程建设问题。

Skills and experience
· 1 - 5 years NZ experience.
· NZ recognized degree or other relevant qualification inArchitecture.
· Understanding of NZ construction methods and detailing, soundknowledge of NZBC, building consent and resource consent procedures.
· Professional with Auto CAD software, Knowledge of Revit will bebeneficial.
· Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
· Good time management skill.
· Bilingual (English and Chinese) will give you a leg up.
