We have a fantastic opportunity for a Tourism Territory Manager to look after our existing customers and establish new accounts within the tourism channel.
Duties involve:
- Partnering with customers to help them grow their share of business
- Working with customers on all merchandising initiatives (window and in-store displays, training and tastings and ensuring shelf presence for Good Health is always of a high standard)
- Effectively communicate and execute the Key Account promotional programme within the territory
- Effectively use POS material to drive additional sales
- Detailing all new products and other general information of interest or value to customers
- Securing and renewing orders, determine price within guidelines, arrange delivery dates and other matters to facilitate sales.
- Referring complaints to appropriate company departments and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a structured territory plan based on customers' estimated requirements and sales targets, with reference to time and cost efficiencies.
- Checking on competitor activity and report significant developments to management.
- Provide regular sales reports to the Channel Manager
- Monitor & analyse monthly & YTD sales figures.
- Identify new business opportunities
- Provide an excellent level of customer service to all internal and external customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets within the allocated territory, by calling on the right customers, the right amount of times each cycle
- Maintain the customer database for tourism customers within your territory
Requirements needed to suit this role:
