You are in luck! The Arena 149 is looking for a Full/Part Time Direct Supervisor.
Our ideal candidate would be a person who has the following:
- Have the confidence to speak to large group of people
- Excel in time management
- Flexible on work hours
- Can work independently
- Has customer service experience
- Is Self motivated and can think outside the box
- Can use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Has experience in phone and email manner
- Is honest and friendly
- Is customer focused and trustworthy
- Is patient
- Physically fit to carry object up to 40kg
Your role will consist of:
- General administration
- Serving customers and money handling
- Housekeeping duties
- Operate game modes on the field with up to 80 players
- Solving customer complaints
- Take initiation and lead a team
- Work independently without supervision
- Respond to customer phone and email inquiries
- Make booking reservations and following up on payments
- Prepare daily operation tasks and duties for the shift
- Assist the team on the construction and development of the business
The successful applicant will work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. For this Position, you will work approximately 30-45 hours per week.
As a candidate you must have the ability to travel to Arena 149 in Glendene, West Auckland. Candidates having Airsoft experience will be a bonus but are not required.
*This position may require volunteer training period.
