This role involves the tasks and duties of professional letting practice for the operations of Premium Rental operations.
Tasks Include:
• Listing.Look for available property in the market and increasing company portfolio• Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants
• Registering enquiries and arranging appointments
• Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
• Following up application and check the tenants’ reference.
• Keep up to date of rental market in New Zealand
• Occasional property inspections when required
• Working as part of the Lettings team and covering other negotiators if required
• Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team
Basic enquirement
1. Fluent in English and Chinese speaking;
2. Full Driver License.
3. valid working visa or NZResident.
