工作相关事宜
1. 无底薪，COMMISSION BASE ONLY （建立起自己的客户群之后薪资远高于新西兰法定工资）， 并且本公司将给与高于同行业其他公司的佣金分成比例！
2. 工作时间灵活，但上午如无特殊原因必须10点到公司汇报前一天工作内容和进展情况并和AGENT讨论今天工作计划
3. 公司会提供近期潜在买家或屋主信息，以便新人展开工作，建立自己的BUSINESS
