About the Role
Directly reporting to the Logistics Manager, this Logistics Coordinator role gives the opportunity to those who want to be fully involved into logistics and supply chain field.
About Responsibilities:
- Inventory management & System maintenance;
- Raising purchase orders, inwards receipts, frequent contact with 3PL warehouses to ensure efficient stock holding and transactions;
- Processing export & domestic orders;
- Liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, MPI, customs clearing agents, and overseas clients re documentation and supply chain arrangements;
- Assisting Logistic manager to prepare and administer reports as required
About Skills and Experience
- With tertiary certificate, has passion for supply chain and export;
- At least one year experience in export, shipping or freight forwarding industry;
- Very customer service oriented, good at listening and communication;
- Must be organised, good time management – Has a sense of urgency.
- Preferably Bi-lingual ability, English and Mandarin.
