- 工作内容如下
· Develop and maintain goodrelationships with property owners and tenants.
· Ensure owner’s obligations aremet.
· Responsible for rent arrears,fixed term renewals and rent reviews.
· Resolving and coordinatingmaintenance issues.
· Responsible for propertymarketing & advertising, organising open homes and new tenant selection.
· Ensure all documents such asbond forms, credit checks and legal documentations are in order.
Skills and experience

· Good problem solving & timemanagement skills.
· Strong negotiation andcommunication skills in both written and spoken English
· Organized, meticulous &systematic and yet versatile in changes.
· “Can do” attitude with goodinterpersonal & communication skills with all level of people.
· High level of integrity with strongwork ethic.
· Good property maintenanceknowledge.
· Professional level of deliveryand service to client
· Knowledge of MS Word/Excel,Outlook and IT literacy.
· Previous experience inResidential Property Management or related is an advantage.
