Duties and Responsibilities:
The position of this employee appointed for is: Operations Manager
Primaryduties of this position include, but not limited to
This roleinvolves the whole management of Supay’s operations. You will organise andmanage the delivery of services to all our potential clients.
TasksInclude:
l Controlall the stock level of POS system, Scanner and other relevant devices
l Determining,implementing and monitoring service delivery strategies, policies and plans
l Supervisionexperience along with digital or copywriting skills.
l Directingstaff activities and monitoring their performance
l Coordinatingthe implementation of occupational safety financial requirements
l Co-ordinatethe Sales, Installation, accounting and customer services teams
l Monitoringthe backup cloud system working properly and maintain the Client and Managementportal.
l Monitoringservice delivery process, and adjusting processes and resources to minimizecosts
l Preparingsales and service delivery records and reports
l Providingnecessary recommendation and implementing initiatives
Dutiesrequired of the employee, and delegated by the director of the business may andwill vary from time to time. The employee is required to be flexible in hisduties at all times to ensure that the business runs effectively andefficiently.
