Front Office Hotel Reception
Part time rostered 7 to 9 hours per shift in between 8am to 8pm for approximately 20 hours per week.
Front office reception duties including but not limited to:
* Guest check in and check outs
* Handling guest inquiries and feedback
* Ability to work as sole charge position
* Handling resident enquiries
* Any other administration or hotel duties as required by the Manager
* Shifts are rostered throughout the 7 days so must have the ability to work weekends. Note that the earliest shift starts from 8.00am and the latest shift finishes at 8.00pm.
Applicants will be considered who:
* Have experience in a similar role within the hotel industry
* Have high customer service standards and a friendly approachable attitude
* High proficiency in the English language both written and verbal
* Flexibility to work rostered shifts as outlined above within a 7 day week
* Only Applications from those within New Zealand will be considered and are entitled to work in NZ legally.
NOTE: THIS CURRENT PART-TIME POSITION COULD BE COME A FULL-TIME IN THE FUTURE, SO THE ONES WHO ARE ELIGIBLE TO WORK FULL TIME WILL BE HIGHLY CONSIDERED.
