An Auckland based financial services company is seeking for one Part Time Customer Service Representative.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Strong Computer skills, including IE, MS Word & Excel and ability to move files easily Financial Market knowledge
- Accounting & Finance and Customer Service experience is required
- A fast learner, who is eager and willing to learn
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a team
- An eye for detail, adaptability and flexibility
- Fit right in with a diverse and welcoming team
- Valid visa to work in New Zealand or Citizen of New Zealand
Responsibilities (must be able to perform):
- Provide customer service by responding to emails, chats and/or telephone queries from clients and prospective clients.
- Support Compliance team by screening new clients on world check and reviewing daily KYCs for new and existing clients
- Assist Compliance officer in day to day compliance issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills to handle operations and customer-related issues.
- Translation tasks to / from English or Chinese in verbal and in writing.
- Assist clients' enquiries.
- General Admin& Accounting work

hi the working hours is maximum 6 hours a day, would start from anytime between 8 am to 6:30 pm.
