We are looking for amazing customer service stars to join our team at our Auckland Airport Branch. These roles are full-time fixed term until April 2019 with immediate start.
You will be responsible for:-
- Signing up customers.
- Up-selling of accessories and extras.
- Checking vehicles with customers at hire time
- Completing paperwork including payments/daily balancing.
- Assisting customers in providing travel tips and advice.
- General administrative duties.
Most importantly, you will be reporting to the best Customer Service Manager in Auckland!
In order to be considered for the role, you must have at least 2+ years relevant sales/service experience; demonstrate exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, and have outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
On offer is a competitive hourly rate, commissions, training and a chance to work within the exciting Tourism Industry.
You must have as a minimum, a restricted licence (with the ability to sit your full within the next 3-6 months) and be able to work a combination of shifts, weekends included. If you are on a working visa, you will need to be able to work in NZ until April 2019. It would be preferred if you could drive both manual and automatic vehicles (but not essential). The ability to speak a second language would be a bonus.
