Based in Auckland New Zealand, the business owner isan international marketing specialist whose businesses cover branding,cross-cultural communications and food trading sectors.

Who wewant

We need a candidate who has the ability to manage challengesin dynamic business environments. The primary focus of this role is to providethe administrative functions of our busy businesses, including accounting,invoicing, order processing, admin management, as well as a little bit salesand customer support. You will be working with a wide range of stakeholders andyour communication and rapport building skills must be second to none.

To be successful in this role you must use your can-doattitude and problem solving skills to act and to orient details. You are alsoa self-motivated and passionate team member.

KeyRequirements

•             At least 3 years ofaccounts and office administration experiences

•             The ability to workunder pressure and with multi-task management skills

•             System savvy, you willbe a confident user of MYOB, Excel, Outlook, PPT and Word

•             Commercial acumen &well understanding of accounting practices

•             Well-presented andstrong communication skills in both English and Mandarin

•             Able to demonstrate ahigh level of accuracy and have a great attention to detail

KeyResponsibilities

•             Daily order processing,invoicing and dispatching

•             Responsible for AP/AR,Bank reconciliations, month end report, GST, PAYE and payroll

•             General officeadministration duties, including promotion management and customer support

•             Assist outsideaccountant to prepare annual income tax returns

•             Assist in coordinatingwith shipping and freight forwarding company

•             Assist in supervisingstorage and warehouse, along with 3rd party logistics companies.

•             Supervise the receptionarea and manage telephone calls

•             Staff activitiesmanagement, including temporary and volunteer.
