About the businessHobby Station is based in East Tamaki, Auckland. We feature an indoor carpet RC Drift track and stock over 5000 products. We do both retail and distribution of RC products nationwide, Sales channels are the website, Trademe, Facebook and in-store sales.
The role:
Customer service in-store
Packing orders.
Customer communication by Email
Manage store when Store Manager is unavailable.
Storekeeper
Stock management
Exceed customer expectations- ensure return business
Drive sales results
Basic computer skills
Basic electronic sense
Skills and experience
Need to be passionate about radio control products.
Basic Electronic sense and skills
Basic computer skills
Able to fix or identify easy problems in our products.
Experience with Radio control products or models would be preferred.
