岗位职责：
1、制定市场方案并实施；
2、针对目标客户、竞品及分销渠道进行市场调研；
3、熟练掌握并使用社交媒体，策划与执行基于社交媒体的推广活动；
4、开发和管理推广渠道，并通过传统媒体与新媒体提升品牌知名度；
5、文案策划、撰写和排版/或管理外包服务商；
6、制定和执行市场相关KPI（例如微信公众号粉丝数、阅读量以及活动效果数据追踪等）；
7、带领市场团队/配合相关部门及人员执行市场活动，包括推广互动活动、路演及展会等。
岗位要求：
1、工作地点在奥克兰，全职工作；
2、本科以上市场相关专业毕业，2年以上市场营销相关经验；
3、良好的文字功底；
4、熟练使用新市场/媒体工具与平台；
5、良好的人际交往能力；
6、有进出口贸易行业工作经验优先；
7、良好的团队协作能力；
8、能够独立完成工作和解决问题。

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Sky Distribution team in Auckland. This position is responsible for planning, executing and reviewing marketing activities.
Job Specification
1. Create rolling marketing plan, implement and follow through the corresponding plans.
2. Good skills to collect market information from target audience, competitors and distributors.
3. Familiar with social media eco-sys，and be able to manage the social media based campaign.
4. Develop and manage brand promotion channels. Ability to use both traditional media and new advertising media to increase brand awareness and visibility.
5. Organize or create written articles to explore customer needs and arouse interest.
6. Setting and pursuing marketing performance KPI (such as WeChat Fans number, media exposure,event feedbacks, etc.)
7. Ability to lead marketing team or liaise with all relevant stakeholders in performing marketing activities, including promotion seminar, road show, expo, etc.
Job Requirement
1. Base in Auckland
2. University graduate with relevant subject. Minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing or planning
3. Good writing skill
4. Sensitive to new marketing technology
5. Excellent people skill
6. Preferably experience in import and export industry
7. Strong team player
8. Able to work independently in resolving problems
