Eye Institute is New Zealand's number one provider of eye surgery and ophthalmic care, offering patients the latest vision correction technology, and Australasia's highly experienced eye doctors and surgeons.
The Customer Experience Consultant role is pivotal in converting all new and existing patient enquiries into relevant and appropriate services. This role is responsible for providing high quality information on all our services and telephone queues, and managing all appointment bookings and related administration.
Duties will involve:
- Take incoming telephone calls from General, Laser, Mandarin and Cataract queues with professionalism
- Provide accurate information regarding features and benefits of our services
- Manage system bookings for various services and doctors
- Closing the sale
- Ability to multi task calls on hold
Capabilities required:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Effective management of automated telephone system and self-management by using weekly reporting
- Advanced computer skills
- 3 + years` experience in tele sales and customer service
