CPCM is an architecture design and project management company focusing on delivering the best byoffering excellent commercial and residential design/build solutions to our clients. Due to the continuing growth, our company are seeking for a Full time Architectural Technician/interior designer to join our team located in Parnell.
As an Architectural Technician/interior designer your responsibilities will include
· Clientliaison and briefing
· Site measure ups, design and documentation
· Developedand detailed design documentation sets
To be considered for this role you will have:
· 1-2 years work experience in interior design or relevant occupations
· Provenhistory of successful project delivery demonstrating your ability to meet deadlines.
· Arelevant draughting qualification.
· Strong detailing capabilities with the ability to take complex design details throughto construction documentation.
· Solidunderstanding of the NZ building code, standards, etc.
· Experiencing the use of Revit, ArchiCAD or AutoCAD, 3DMax, SketchUp, Photoshop is essential.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
