工作内容:Accounts /office/logistic adiministrator implements all office policies of the organization. The responsibilites inclue handling human resources to buying office equipment. The position has to run an office smoothly overseeing various administrative functions. The Accounts/office administrator performs duties while adhering to the organization’s values and principles. Direct, manage and coordinate logistics , warehouse , transportation and customer service activities . lead and direct strategic planning for logistics and customer services.
1.Key responsibilities and accountabilities
2.Maintain all office correspondence. Keep in touch with the head / corporate office if the administrator is working in a branch office.
3.Communicate on phone, email or fax with clients , vendors, employees and higher ups. Schedule meetings, set appointments and take care of meeting details.
4.Supervise staff and make sure that they produce the minimum required output and work according to office rules.
5.Induct new employees, give the training ,explains new recruitments about their job resposibilities and informs them about office rules.
6.Maintenance of the office , warehouse and other facilities in the organization
7.Enter various data in the office computer system.
8.Overseeing the inventory management process , defining departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels , eliminating obsolete and off -spec material , and reduce aging material.
9.Develop methods and procedures for scheduling of raw materials from suppliers to support manufacturing in achieving customer demand and minimizing cost impacts to the company.
10.Develop and maintain transportation system on domestic and international freight that ensures business needs are met .
11.Manage customer service activities including order entry , customer satisfaction, interface with sales , production , labs , regulatory , and quality ensuring that customer service creates competitive advantage.
