Site Manager
Requirement:
Building Trade background or related degree.
Demonstrated history as Site Manager in residency with minimally 3 years working experience.
Licensed-Site Manager is preferred.
Right to work in NZ.
Duties:
Day to day site management.
Ensuring adherence to project, specifications costs and time.
Management of foreman/subcontractors/suppliers.
Coordinate construction inspection.
Reporting progress to the company.
Supervision of site.
Meeting subcontractors.
Prepare site reports and documents.
Ensuring projects are being completed within the set budget and target deadlines.
